BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, hereby declare that it deems it necessary for the health and comfort ofath6 inhabitants of the City, acid for sanitary and other purposes that there must be constructed as soon as possible in Sewer District No. 68, as established b;,, Ordinance a sanitary sewer, and it is ordered that the same be made and constructed without unnecessary delay and that the said district sewer be connected with and into the present sewer on the Last side of Missouri State Highway No. 50 on the south-west main sewer. SECTION 2. That said sewer 'shall bogin•:;at -the:.:presenb sewer on the East side of Missouri State Highway No. 50 on the Mouth-west main sewer; thence East ten ( 10) feet north of and parallel to the North curb line of Dunklin Street 388 feet, SECTION 3, Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects as provided by Ordinance, and shall be constructed of standard glazed sewer pipe, shall be constructed to the plans and specifications of the City Engineer. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, SAS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Milk Inspector of the Uity of Jefferson, Missouri, shall receive $175.00 per month, said salary to start as of July 1, 1946. Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 3, this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
