Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed.

AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO A MONTHLY ALLOWANCE TO THE DEPUTY INSPECTOR,
NOW PERFORMING THE DUTIES OF ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR IN THE INSPECTION
DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, SAID MONTHLY ALLOWANCE
PERTAINING TO :EXPENSES IN THE OPERATION AND RAINTNENANCE OF SAID
INSPECTORIS MOTOR VEHICLE IN CARRYING OUT THE PERFORM_N CE OF HIS DUTIES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 19 That the deputy inspector, now performing the duties
of Electrical Inspector in the Inspection Deaartment of the amity of
Jefferson, Missouri, shall receive Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00) per
month for expenses in the operating And maintenance of slid inspector's
motor ve hicle in carrying out the performance bf his duties. Said
monthly expense allowance shall start as of July 1, 1946.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance arehereby repealed.
Section 3. - This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from XXd
and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE MONEY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of any money in
the Oity Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the following:
REVENUE FUND
Park Board, Utility Tax for
April, I.lay & June, 1946 . . . . . . .$5381.17
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
