W.Ells City Ulerk #4812 AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO A MONTHLY ALLOWANCE TO THE DEPUTY INSPECTOR, NOW PERFORMING THE DUTIES OF ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR IN THE INSPECTION DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, SAID MONTHLY ALLOWANCE PERTAINING TO :EXPENSES IN THE OPERATION AND RAINTNENANCE OF SAID INSPECTORIS MOTOR VEHICLE IN CARRYING OUT THE PERFORM_N CE OF HIS DUTIES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 19 That the deputy inspector, now performing the duties of Electrical Inspector in the Inspection Deaartment of the amity of Jefferson, Missouri, shall receive Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00) per month for expenses in the operating And maintenance of slid inspector's motor ve hicle in carrying out the performance bf his duties. Said monthly expense allowance shall start as of July 1, 1946. Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance arehereby repealed.
