AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF FIRST NORTH AND SOUTH ALLEY
EAST OF LAP'AYETTE 6TREET AND NORTH OF MCCARTY STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONI MISSOURI..
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION la That the grade. line cf the roadway of the. first North and
South alley East of Lafayette Street and North of McC rty Street be and
hereby is established as follows: Beginning at the North curb line on
McCarty Street where the elevation of the grade shall be 154.00;
thence on a uniform grade to the South line cf East and West public
alley where the elevation fo the grade shall be 172.80,
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its Passage and approval.
