AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE MONEY FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST, 1946
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby Appropriated out of any money in the
City Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the following:
REVENUE FUND

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF MCCARTY
STREET FROM THE WEST CURB LINE OF MANILLA $THMET. TO THE EAST CURB
LINE OF HUB STREET, IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade line of the raodway or mccarty
Street from the west curb line of Vanilla Street t�_ the east curb
line of H b Street be and lereby is established as follows:
Beginning"at the center line of McCarty Street where the same
intersects the west curd line or manilla Street where 'Cie a evat n
or the grade is, 175. 54; thence 75 feet on a uniform grade where ��ie
elevation of the grade shall be, 176.72; thence 25 feet on a vertical
curve where the elevation of the grade shall te, 177.27; thence
25 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be
179.30; thence 25 feet on verticle curve where the elevation of the
grade shall be, lbO,59; thence 05 feet on a uniform grade to the
