following described land lying, being, and situate in Jefferson

quarter of Section 12 lownship 44 Range 12, described
as: Deginning at a point on the Ooutherly right of way
oftthe Missouri Pacific Railroad, said point being
South 64 degrees,East (ATagnetic.) and 726 feet from the
quarter section corner on the North side of Section 12.' ..
said point of beginning also being th4 T;lrthwest corner
of the Grantor' s land; thence from the point of be-
ginning outh 59 degrees East, along and with the above
mentione3 right-of-way line, 267.2 feet. tb:,the-.Noitheast
corner..of the'.Graritor-! s land; thence South 5 degrees
East, 33 9 feet; thence North 59 degrees 'Nest and parallel
to the Pfiissouri Pacific Railroad right-of-way, 266.8 feet;
thence North 4 degrees 'Nest, 33.6 feet to the point of
beginning. Being a strip of land 30 feet inwidth parallel
to the 11issouri Pacific Railroad, the North line co-
inciding with the Southerly sight-of-way line of said
railroad.

more or less; and
shall proceed to acquire the title of said land being used as
part of the right of pay of said commercial street for street
purposes by condemnation from the said owners of said land so
that the ity of Jefferson shall own and acquire a commercial
street fr8m the southerly end of 0lay Street to Dix Road.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and approval.

AN- ORDINANCE accepting the Warranty Deed from A. T. Becker and
Stella F. Pecker, his wife, conveying certain partials of land
to the City 6f' Jefferson, Missouri, as hereinafter -'escribed.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI)
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Warranty Deed of A. T. Becker and Stella
