AN ORDIPiANCE accepting the Warranty Deed from the Jefferson City
Chamber of Commerce conveying certain lots to the "ity of Jefferson,
Missouri, as hereinafter described.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY C01UNCIL OF THE City of Jeffersom, missouri,
as follows;
Section 1. That the Warranty Deed from the Jefferson ''ity
Chamber of Commerce to the City of Jefferson, Missouri, conveying
to said City the following described real-estnte, to-wit:
The North forty (40) feet of the following described
tract of land; part of the southwest quarter of the
southwest quarter of Section one (1) , 'ownship forty-
foub (44), Range twelve (12), particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the corner of Section one (1) , Two (2)
eleven (11) and twelve (12), thence south eighty-eight
and one-half (882) degrees east twenty-one (21) chains
to the southwest corner of the southeast quarter of the
southwest quarter of said Section one (1) ; thence north
to the southerly line of the Railroad; thence westelly
along said southerly line of said Railroad 2.50 chains;
thence n rth seventy-four (74) degrees west five ( )chains;
thence north sixty-seven (67) degrees west eight ( ) chains;
thence north sixty-one and one-n-lf (612) degrees test 9.30
chains to the Section line between Sections one (1) and two
(2) ; thence south along said section line 9. 50 chains to the
point of beginning.
Except that part conveyed to City of Jefferson for a road,
being a strip thirty (30) feet wide off the west side of
the above described tract.
