AN ORDINANCE accepting the Warranty Deed from the Oberman "ompany
a corporation; conveying certain lots to the 'ity of Jefferson,
Missouri, as hereinafter described.
RE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI.. AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Warranty Deed from the Oberman vompany
to the City of Jefferson, ?Missouri conveying to said City the
following described real-estate, to-wit:
The North 20' feet of the following described
tract of land: beginning at a point on the South-
erly line of the right-of-way of the Pagnell
Branch of the P:tissouri Pacific Railway Uotapany
Where the West line of Brooks Street (of the City
ofJefferson), if extended, would intersect said
southerly line of said right-of-way, thence running
easterly along the southerly line of said right--of
way 483 feet b inches to the North end of the fence
now located do the East line of the tract herein
described thence Oouth 1 degree 30 minutes East
Wagneticl and along the line of said fence 847 feet
2 inchesm more or less, to the North line of a twenty
foot alley that is on the North side of Dulle' s Addition
to the `pity of Jefferson, Missouri, thence North 72
degrees 45 minutes West along the Northerly line of
said alley 427 feet 9 inches, thence south 88 degrees
15 minutes West along the Northerly line of said alley
153 feet 4 inches to the West line of Michigan Street
thence south 4 degrees 30 minutes Fast along the West
line of Michigan Street 141 feet, more or lets, to the
North line of an alley on the North side of ulle's
Addition, thence Louth 88 degrees and 15 minutes 'Vest
along the Northerly.line of said alley 667 feet, thence
North 5 degrees West 521 feet, thence North 5-1/2 degrees
West 345 feet, more or less, to the `southerly line of the
right-of-way of the Bagnell Branch of the Missouri Pacific
Railway ompany, thence Easterly along the outherly line
of said right-of-way, 830 feet, more or less; to the place
of beginning (magnetic coursed) ; containing 20.35 ac,res;s
rpore or less, in the Northeast quarter of Section 12,
Township 44, Range 12.
be and is hereby accepted.

from and after its passage and approval.
