All RDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE MONRY FOR THE MONTH OI'' OCTOBER, 1946.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLO111S:
Section 1. There is' iiereby appropriated out of any money in
the Uity Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the following:

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDIFG FOR THE REZONING AND REDISTRICTING OF CERTAIN
REAL ESTATE' LOCATED A:T 702 and 704 CLARK AVENUE, JEFFERSON CITY,
MISSOURI, FEING A PART OF OUTLOT NO. 59, and providing that the
same shall be changed from a District "B", and rezoned and re-
districted so that the some shall become a District F, commonly known ft
as a business district.
WHEREAS, a petition was filed with the Clerk of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, on the 5 day of Au&ust_ , 1946, pray-
ing for an amendment, reclasification and redistricting of the
boundaries of the z::ning ordinances of the City of Jefferson, and
requesting a rezoning of .the territory in said petition described,
and praying that a rezoning be had of the same to provide for the
best interests of the public, and
