1946, as regards the rezoning of said territory from a residential
district F to a business district F:
THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED FY THY, CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JFF'l'1;i3SOA', L'ISSOURI, AS FOLLMVS:
Section 1. Hereiafter the following described lots and parcels
of land may be used, occupied, built on and buildings constructed
thereonfor public purooses, and the same shall be classified as a
District F, commonly known as a business district, as is now pro-
vided in thezoning ordinances of the City of Jefferson, I-:'issouri, and
said land eo rezoned, reclassified and redistricted is more particu-
larly described as follows, to-::,it:
A pert of 0`'tlot 59 in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, particularly '
described as:
Beginning et a• point 629 feet 2 inches easterly from the
westerly line of said 0 tlot and 60 feet southerly from the northerly
line thereof;thence southerly parallel with the westerly line of
said Outlot 44 feet; thence easterly parallel with the northerly
line of said Cutlot 92 feet; thence turning an angle of 90 degrees
i12 a northerly direction, 44 feet; thence westerly parallel with the
northerly line of said OT-tlot, 92 feet to the point of beginning.
Part of Outlot No. 59 in the pity og Jefferson, Vissouri, particularly de
described as follows:
Feginning at a point on the northerly line of said OOtlot,
8 feet westerly of thc• west line of Clarke Avenue; thence southerly
parallel with the westerly line of said OUt1ot, 60 feet; thence west-
erly parallel with the northerly line, 61 feet; thence northerly
.parallel with the westerly line of said CUtlot, 60 feet to the
northerly line of said CUtlot; thence easterly, 61 feet to the point
' of beginning.
Section 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
Section 3. ''his Ordinance shall be come effectdve upon its passage
and approval.

Alissouri, and authorizing and directing the Mayor of said "ity to
execute all necessary instruments to the owners of the tract of
tracts of land adjacent to said street so vacated as the parties
entitled thereto, as shown by the record title to said adjactent
and abutting property, and declaring a reverter to the respective
owners of said adjacent and abutting real estate.
