AN ORDINANCE accepting and approving the plat of }1. C. Waldman and
Sally C. Waldman his wife, of a part of the Southeast qusrter of the
Southwest quarter, and a part .f the Southwest quarter of the South-
east quarter, of Section 1, township 44, A'ange 12, in the amity of
Jefferson, Missouri , more particularly described as follows:
Feginning at the quarter section corner on the south line of said
section; thence east along the south line of said section, 663.9
feet; thence turning an angle of 61 degrees and 42 minutes to the
left 352.4 feet; thence an r-ngle of 30 degrees and 38 minutes to
the deft, 125.69feet; thence turning an angle of 09 degrees and 50
