And it appearing that said plat lies been duly and properly signed
and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision known and referred
to as Jefferson Heights; that all taxes ther,: on have been paid;
and in 811 other respects the requirements of Chapter 82, Revised
Statutes d' :.:Issouri, 1539, entitled "plats" have been fully complied
with by the aforesaid owners of said Subdivision:
THEREFORE, the plat of lend of the said H. C . Waldman and Sally C .
Waldman, his wife, known and referred to as Jefferson Heights Sub-
division, lying and being within the corporate limits of the City
of Jefferson, LlissouriI as shown by the said plat 'hereto attached
Pnd amde a part of this ordinance, is 'Hereby accepted and approved
vy the City Council of the City of Jefferson, I:i.ssouri, and the
Mayor of said city; and the City Clerk_ of the �ity of Jefferson,
Missouri, after passage and approval of this Ordinance is Hereby
directed to endorse acceptance and approval of said plat thereon,
and to certify to the approval of same under the seal of said ity

lying and situated between the east property line of Delaware Street
end the East property line of F''lidk Street, andthe three (3) feet
by fifty ( 50) feet storm sewer easement East of the Fast property
line of Flick Street, in the City c,of Jefferson, ?'issouri, as shown on
the original, plat of.&Fli.ck'.,,s tubdiv;sior:, .,dnd authorizing and dir-
ecting the ayor cf said %"ity to execute all necessary instruments
to the owners of the adjacent lots to and for said street s6 vacated,
as the parties entitled thereto, as shown by the record title to said' m}
adjacent and abutting property and declaring a reverter to the re-
spective owners of said abutting real estate.
