BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON AS FOLLO•.:S:
SECTION 1. there is hereby levied and assessed at the rate
and cost price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this
ordinance, against the aggregate lots or tracts of- land fronting
or abutting on the roadway of UcCarty Street from Tlub Street west
to east line of alley on the east side of vista Place.
in the Oity of Jefferson, 1:11issouri, for the improvement of the road-

be necessary for the reception of a cement sidewalk, the sum of
$1348.60,_ as the total cost of the improvement of said street
end the taunber of front feet -'rooting or abutting said roadway of
said McCarty Street aforesaid, between the aforesaid streets a
amounts to 1 27.4 running feet; the cost price per running
foot is $ 1.01 .
