SECTION 4. That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to make out
special tax bills ;p favor of the controctor Brunner Uonstruction
"102 for the within mentioned work in accordance with the
ordinances of the ity of Jefferson., 1,Tissouri, relative to said kind of
work and in accordance with the "harter of said ity in regard to
said work.
SECTION 5. This rodinance shall take effect and be in force
frorn and after its passage and approval.

No. 4154 of the Uity of Jefferson, T,r.i ssouri and enacting a new
Section in lieu thereof.
RE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY. COUNCIL OF TIIE CITY OF JEFFERSON MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS, TO-'.,,,IT:
Section 1. Paragraph 2 of Section 9 of Obdinance No. 4154
which reads as follows:
"If more then one grade of milk is sold byeany dis-
tributor, separate receiving, pasturizing, cooling,
and bottling equipment shall be provided for each
grade .nd the equipment for each grade shall be lo-
cated in separate buildings or in separate rooms of
the same building."
is hereby repealed and a new paragraph is enacted in lieu thereof,
which reads as follows, to-wit:
"No milk or milk products shall be permitted to come in
contact with equipment with which a lower grade of milk
or milk product hes hee:: in contact unless such equip-
ment has first been thoroughly cleaned and subjected to
bactericidal treatment."
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewi.tll are hereby repealed.
Section 3, this ordi:�x�nce shall take effect and be inl'orce
from and after its Massage and approval.
