BE IT ORDAI LED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIT E CITY OF JEFVERSC!V-,$
MISSO RI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, hereby declares and ordains that it deems it necessary
for sanitary purposes and for the health ad comfort of its in-
habitants of the City to establish a Sewer District to be ]known
as Sewer District No. 69, and said district to be established with
location and boundaries as follows; Beginning at a point on the Ask
East line of Section 11, Township 44, Range 12, said point of
b ginning being 300 feet South of the South right-of-way line of
C,
U. S. Highway No. 50; thence West parallel to said roght •of-way
line 236.75 feet; thence South parallel to the East line of Said
Section 200 feet; thence West parallel to th e U T1. S. Highway right-
of-way line 427 feet; thence North parallel to the East line of
said Section 200 feet; thence 'Vest parallel to the U. S. Highway
right-of-way line 977.5 feet; thence South parallel to the East
line of Said Section 700 feet; thence East parallel tD the South
line of Said Section 250 feet; thence South parallel to the East
line of Said Section 161.2 feet to the South line of Section 11;
thence East line of said Section 330.55 feet; thence East parallel
to the South line of Said Section 48B.4 feet; thence North parallel
to the East line of said Section 100 feet; thence East para Ilel
to the Oouth line of said Section 236.75 feet to the east line of
Section 11; thence north along and with the Section line 119.25
feet; thence East parallel to the South right-of-way line of U.S.
Highway No. 50 for a distance of 1165.6 feetl thence Forth 3 ce-
grees East 252 feet. thence West parallel to the U. S. Highway
1196.7 feet to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. 'All Ordinances or part of Ordinates in conflict
with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinm ce shall take effect and be in fr
force from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINEvCE providing for the construction of Sewers in Sewer
District No. 69 in the City of Jefferson, 11'iissouri.
BE IT ORD&TEIED BY THE CITY CO 11C IL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.,

SECTION 1. That the Uity Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the
health and comfort of the inhabitants of the City, and for sanitay
pi.,rposes that there must be constructed as soon as possible in
Sewer District No. 69, as established by Ordinence, a sm itary
sewer, and it is ordered that the same be made and constructed
without unnecessary delay, that the said district sewer be con-
nected with and into the 14an Hole at station 69 plus 40 on the
South-west main sewer.
SECTION 2. Said Sewer shall begin at station 69 plus 40
on the South-west main sevicr; thence South 94 degrees West
(magnetic) 142 feet; thence south 75 deCrees West 759 feetl thence
north 77; degrees West 209.2 feet; thence South 84 degrees 15

minutes West 233. 9 feet; thence so,.,th 70 degrees West 770.5 feet.
Also loeginn-,.ng at a point that is 745 feet V-►est of the East line
of Section 11, township 44, Range 12, aiid 79C feet South of the
South right-of-way line of C.S. Highway No. 50; thence North 41
degrees West 150 feet.
SECTION 3. Said Sewer shall be constructed of standard

glazed sewer pipe, shall be constructed according to the plans frid
s .ecifications of the ity, Engineer and cinstructed in all respects
as provided by ordinance.
SECTION 4. This Ordinaice shall tale effect and be in
force fr:mi and after its passage ad approval.
