SECTION 4. That the City Clerk is li.ereby instructed to
make out special tax bills in. favor of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri , for the within mentioned work in accordance wihb the
ordinencem of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relative to said
kind of work, in accordance with the Charter of said City in regard to
said work, and according to the Statutes of the State of Missouri,
as made and provided.
SECT 1:0N 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
