Said notice shall be published in said newspaper once a week for four consecutive weeks., and on the sane day in each week. The first publication of said notice shall be made at least twenty-one (21 ) days before the date of said election m d the la( t publication shall be made within two (2) weeks of the date of said election. SECTION 7. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance shall be and the same are hereby re- pealed. SECTION 8.
