eattblished as follows: "leginning at a point 10 ft. East of the
Vest property line of Polk Street where the elevation of the grade
shall be 104. 00; thence 10 .ft. where the elevation of the grade
shall be 194. 50; thence 100 ft. on a vertical curve where the
elevation of the grade shall be 201.43; thence 100 ft. on a vertical
curve where the elevation of the grade shall be 213.10; thence 95 ft.
on a uniform grade where the elevation of the grade shall be 225. 00;
thence 30 ft. where the elevat ton of the ;grade shall be 225.00;
thence 35 ft. on a uniform grade where tl.e elevation of the grade
shall be 228. 71; thence 50 ft. on a vertical curve A,here the elevation
of the grade shall be 232.44; thence 50 ft. on a vertical curve where
the elevation 6f the grade shall be 233.01; thence 51. 7 ft. on a
uniform grade to the Last curb lire of Hoefer Lane where the elevation
of the grade shall be 232.00.

WHEREAS, a petition was filed with the clerk of the ity of
Jefferson on the 13th day of January, 1947, praying for an ar-end-
ment, reclassif ' cation and redistricting of the boundaries of the
zoning ordinances of the City of Jefferson and requesting a re-
z:•ning of the territory in said petition described and praying that a
re-zonong be had of the same to provide for the best interests of
the public, and

City of Jefferson, Missouri , a notice of the filing of said petition
was published n the Caoital A;ews a!;d Jefferson City Post-Tribune
on January 28, 299 30, 31, and Feb lst, 1947; said notice stating
that all parties are hereby notified that the Citlr council of the
City of Jefferson wol.ld •consider said change at its first regular
meeting after said publication had been made and stating that public
hear'_ng wo� ld be held on the 3rd clay of February, 1947, and
