Sect-Ion 1. Hereafter the following descri ;ed lots and narcels
of land may be used, occupied,, built on and buildings constructed
thereon end the same shall be classified as a district F. commonly
known as a business district as is now provided for in the zoning
Ordinances of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and said land so re-
zoiied. - reclassified and. redistricted is more particularly described as
follows; to-wit:
A part of the East half of Section 12, Township 44, Rm ge 12,
bounded as follows: 3eginning at the quarter-section corner on the
East line of said sect'.on and oroceeding 'outh along and with the
Range line 167. 3 feet; thence turning an angle of 09 degrees and
2 minutes to the right and proceeding 467 feet more or less, to the
East line of Delaware Street; thence proceeding north along the
East line of said street 285 feet; thence turning an angle of 88

eegrees and 42 minutes to the right and proceeding 190 feet; thence
turning an angle of 88 degrees and 42 minutes to the 3C ft M pro-
ceeding 125 feet more or less to the south right-of-way line of US

running south with and along the Range line 260 feet more or less to

Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.

municipal corporation) is here')y authorized and directed to sign
and execute on behalf of the city of L7effersonf Missouri, a certain
lease with Adam Bruemmer,, the terms of said lease to be as follows
to-wit:
WHEREAS, the Cit7 Of Jefferson., h�issouri, hereinafter for
convenience sometimes called "First party", owns a certain parcel
of unimproved land situated in the City of Jefferson described
as the 6outh half of inlot 612 and that part of inlot 62C., which
lies as follows: Beginning at the Southerly line of said inlot
104 feet 4"' inches to the 0outheast corner of said inlbt; thence
