Street from a point 5 ft, south of the South Property line of
McCarty Street to a point 429. 5 ft. South of the mouth property
line of McCarty Street, in the City of Jefferson., Missouri, be
established as follows: ' errinninLr at a point 5 ft. South of the
South property line of McCor�y Street where the elevation of the grade
shall be 157. 05; thence 50 ft. on a vertical curve where the eleva-
tion of the grade shall be 163.10; thence 329. 5 ft. on a uniform
trade where the elevation of tl',c-% !rade s'--all be 200. 00.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or narts of Ordinances in conflict
with, contrary to, or inconsistence with this ordinance are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in for'ce
from and after its passage and approval.

BE IT ORDATNED BY THE CITY COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF JED'FERSONq
MISSOURI., AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the ('ity Council of the amity of Jefferson,
Missouri, believing it is for the best interest to do so, does
hereby vacate ., abm don, and discontinue the following described
property located in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, to-wit:
Beginning on the *West line of "art Street in *,,',.,*olf f Is
*_1 ubdivision at a point that is* 81 feet 9 inches north
of the South line of Section 12 iownship 44 hange 12.,
and 162 feet 11 inches westerly froin the southwesterly .
corner of lot 13 block 15 of said subdivision; thence
north along the west line of Hart Street, 114 -feet;
thence turning an angle of 30 degrees and 38 minutes
to the right 77.6 feet; thence turning an angle of 149 de-
grees and 22 minutes to the right, 204.25 feet; thence
turning an angle of 120 degrees and 38 min. to the right
46 feet to the beginning.
Section 2. That said property so vacated, abandoned, and
discontinued to avert to the adjacent ownersq
Section 3. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. his 6 rdinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
