AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Where is hereby appropriated out of the money7i
in the fund of the ity of Jefferson, I4issouri, designated as
Industrial load pundrin the sum of four thousand three Hundred
Dollars (4,300) or as much as shall be necessary, for the sbttlement
in full of the condemnation suit Deriding in the ircuit cgurt of
Vole County, I.rissouri; the style of said case being the ity of
Jefferson, t,'i ssouri , a municipal corporation, plaintiff vs. Jennie..
Baer, Louis Stein and Gertrude Stein, defendants; said suit pertain-
ing to the condemning of certain right of way for the industrial
road running from the southerly end of ''lay Stf eet to Dix 'load.
Section 2. the Iv,ayor and (,itv Clerk are hereby authorized to
issue a warrant payable to Jennie Baer in the sum of three housand
Dollars ( i-3,OCO) and to issue a warrant payable to Louis Stein and
Certrude Stein in the sum of One hou.sand "ollars ($1,000) and to
issue a warrant payable to the leek of the cimciait �'ourt of tole
Co ::nty, Missouri' in the sum of' three hi.�ndred dollars (w>300) or as much
of said sum that shall be necessary to pay the costs in the above
mentioned condemnation suit .
Section 3. 'i'his ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and aouroval.
