Section 1. 'he City Collector shall receive as compensation
or: the annual tax collected the following:
On the first r'orty "'housand Dollars (x:40,000.CC) collected
four per cent (4 ') .
On the second i'orty thousand Dollars (;;:40,000. 00) collected
three Per cent )3 ') .
On all sums collected over ande bove the sum of Eighty
+housand Dollars ( ;,8C,000.00) including delinquent taxes he shall
receive two per cent (2;1) .
In addition to the above, the City Collector shall receive
on all delinquent taxes the sum of four oer cent (4%) , which sum
shall be added to the amount owed by the delinquent taxpayer and
shall be paid by the person paying the taxes.
On all licenses collected, he shall receive two per cent (2o)
of the amount collected.
Section 2. All Ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. his ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
