BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, that the

NEW JERSEY ABRITRAGE REBATE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
STATE OF NEW JERSEY - CASH MANAGEMENT FUND

INVESTOR'S BANK
VALLEY NATIONAL BANK
UNITY BANK
BANK OF NEW YORK

be and hereby are designated as the official depositories of the Borough of Carteret and
that checks for payment of money upon said official depositories, be signed on behalf of
the Borough of Carteret by the Mayor, Borough Treasurer and Municipal Clerk;
Furthermore, and/or his or her designee, the Deputy Treasurer, are directed to provide
quarterly reports and guidance on cash accounts, Certificates of Deposit and interest rates
held at the above mentioned depositories.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect immediately.
Adopted this 6'b day of January, 2022
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 7, 2022.
