shall make affidavit to the �Jty Collector of' the nuftber of tinchIties
sought to be licensed in the "ity of tleffc: •son, and pay to him the recii.iire
license fee ., and the ity Colleeb(br shall issue license , one of which shall
be attached at all times to each machine so licensed when same is in
operation. Each license shall show upon its face the name of the owner
and the date of expiration of the license, and shall be transferable from
machine to machine, at the option of the owner of wriers. Said license
may be transferable to another owner for the unexpi-red t*me of the
license upon applicat1on to the ,ity loll ector an,' the pay_rlent of a fee
of $1. 00 for each machine.
Section 7. any person, firm or corporation violati:.g any of the
orovisions of this ordinance shall be mu lty of a rAsclemeanor and upon
conviction shall be sub 'ect to a fine of not r.,ore than One Hundred
Dollars (wlCO. ) or to imprisonment in the city jail for not more than
ninety days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
Section B. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 9. his ordinance shall ake effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
