Capital Ave. , U 1d.onroe Street and Adams Street., in the it-y of Jefferson., Missouri , be established as follows: Beginning on the East curb line of Monroe Street where the elevation of the grade shall be 160.30; thence 50 ft. on a uniform grade where the elevation of the Er'� rade shall be 156. 74; thence 50 ft. on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be 155.31; thence 50 ft. on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be 159.17; thence 50 ft. an a uniform grade where the elevation of the grade shall be 163.17; thence 50 ft. on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be 167. 30; thence 50 ft, on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be 169.70; thence 144 ft. om a uniform , grade to the i7est curb line of Adams Street where the elevation of the grade shall be 174.10.
