SECTIODi 2. That the said roadway of Adams Street, between
the curb lines, from the center of the intersection of Adams Street
and the pavement on Woodland Avenue to the center of the intersection
of Adams Street and the pavement on Case Avenue -:)e graded, curbed
and paved with penet ration 0ituniniois n.ac'adam in accordance with the
plans and specifications submitted by the ity engineer and filed
in the Offices of the City `4lerk, and that" the total cost of the
work aforesaid shall be charged and levied as a special assessment
against the real estate abutting and fronting bn said ccntei,plated
improvement and special tax bills shall be issued therefor, ss
provided in Section 772 of the Devised `'rdinances of the Ooty of
Jefferson, I,.:issouri, 1941, and the revised Statutes of the State of
Missouri, 1939, and amendments thereto. That the cost- of the curb
shall be assessed only a.-&inst the property in front of which same
is constructed.
SECTION: 3. This Ordinance shall. take effect and be in force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
