A MUivICIPAL CORPORATION, TO SIGN AIIID EXECUTE A .CERTAIN. CONTRACT ON

Section 1. the r'+'layor of the `'ity of Jefferson, Missouri, a
Municipal Corporation, is hereby authorized and directed to sign and
execute . one behalf of the City of Jefferson, 14issouri, a certain con-
tract, the terms of said contract to be as follows, to-wit:
