revert to the Grantor of the particular easement, Grantor's
successors and assigns, greed and forever discharged from
the easement granted hereby, whereu.)on said Grantor, Jrantorls
successors and assigns, shall have the same title to the
same land as though these presents had not been executed,
and the right to reenter thereon and exclude the City therefrom

BE IT ORDAINED.-BY THE CITY COUIIX II OF THE CITY OF JT3F'F!_RSO ", V ISSOURT
AS FOLLOINS:
Section 1. All street laborers shall receive eighty
cents (8C�) per hour forthe time actually emp :oyed and shall be

ommissioner whose duty if shall be o`. keep accurate accounts of all
labor and report the same at each regular meeting of the "ity
Gounc il.
Section 2. Said street laborers shall receive said eighty
cents (80�) per hour starting June 1, 1947.
Section 3. All ordinances or oarts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordii,ance are hereby repealed.
Section 4. this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage aid approval.
