MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTTOJi 1. That the City Uouncil of the ity of Jefferson
Missouri , hereby declares aid ordaines that it deems it necessary
for sanitary purposes and for the health of its inhabitants of the
City to establish a Sewer istrict to be known as Sewer District
No. 71, and said district �o be established with. location and
boundaries as follows: 3eginning at the southeast corner of
lot 11 31ock 4 St. Louis Heights Addition; thence northerly along
the easterly line of lot 11 and 1C of said block, 66. 5 feet;
thence viesterly parallel with the northerly line of lot 10 to
the • -esterly line of church Street; thence northerly along the
westerly line of Churrh Street, 226 feet 0 inchesto the southerly
rir-ht-of-way line of U.S. Highway !.',o. 50; thence westerly along
the southerly line of said (-:1 286 feet to thy: point 68. 75
