the north line and 1688 feet east of the west bh
line of said survey No. 2638; thence south 5 de-
grees and 45 minutes East (Magnetic) along and
with the grantor's east line, 290.4 feet; thence
in a Northwesterly direction parallel to the
State Highway&s southerly right-of-way line, 150
feet thence North 5 degrees and 45 minutes West,
290.4 feet to the southerly right-of-way line
of Missouri State Highway Route "D"; thence east
erly ald.ng and with said right-oC way line, 150
feet to the point of beginning; ontaining One
(1) acres.
B. and the same are hereby accepted.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordi ance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and a_oproval.

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING Pf;CidEY FO:. THE PURPOSE OF PURCHASING CERTAIN
REAL ESTATE AS HEREINAFTER SET OUT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERS OV, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS%
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated out of any money of the
City Treasury of the City of Jefgerson, Missouri, not otherwise
appropriated, in the amount of hree Hundred Dollars ($300.00) said
sum to be paid to Malinda Id1•ederheiman and Alfred Niederhelman, her
husband and Edna urkhalter, and V. 0. b urkhalter, her husband, as the
purchase prise of'•certain real estate, more particulatly described as
follows; to-wit:
