Section. 1, There is hereby appropriated out of any money of
the city treasury in the amount of Twelve housand rive Iiundred
Ninety One Dollars and Forty Cents ($12,599-.40) , said sum to- be
paid to the park Board of the City of Jefferson, 14,issouri for the
installation 6f a new lighting system at the Jefferson city Ball
Park.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue a
warrant payable to the Lark "oard of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
as herein specified.
Section 2. this ordinance shall take effect and b e in force
from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONEY FOR THE PURCHASE OF A SEWER RIGHT-
CF-WAY IN SEtliTR DISTRICT NO. 69 AS HEREINAFTER SET CUT.
QE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CC NCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSOF, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of any money cif
the City treasury of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, not otherwise
appropriated in the amount of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00)
said sum to be- paid to Louis Beck and Mrs. Lois Beck, his wife, as
the purchase price of a wewer right-of-way, more particularly de-
scribed as follows, to-wit:
Tract "A"
A part of the Northwest quarter of Section 12,
Township 44, Range 12, being a strip of land
six (6) feet wide, the center line of same being
more particularly described as follows: beginning
at a point that is 1180 feet East of the West 11ne
of said quarter section and 380 feet so uth of the
South line of U.S. Highway No. 50; thence south
75 degrees (Magnetic) V'lesr 606 feet.
The �Aayor and ('ity clerk are hereby authorized to issue
a warrant payable to Louis Beck and Mrs. Louis Beck, his
wife, as herein specified.

CCNVEYING CERTAIN PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF JEFFERSO::, MISSOURI,
AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFF'ERSOI?, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Warranty Deed from Louis L. 3runner to
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, conveying to said city the follow-
ing described real estate, to-grit:
A part of Outlot No. 77, in the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, end moue particularly described as:
Beginning at a point 451 feet Southerly of the
