AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONEY FOR THE PURPOSE OF PURCHASING CERTAX
REAL ESTATE AS HEREINAFTER SET OUT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSCv, MISSOURI
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. T here is hereby appropriated out of any money in
the city -treasury of'Uthb':-City:.-of Jefferson., Missouri not otherwise
appropriated in the amount of Four Hundred Dollars (6400.00) said
sum to be paid to Louis L. Brunner, as the purchase price of certain
real estate more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
A part of Outlot No. 77, in the U ity of Jeff-
erson, Missouri, and more particularly des-
cribed as: Beginning at a point 451 feet
Southerly of the Northerly line and 198 feet
Westerly of the Easterly line; thence Southerly
parallel to the Easterly line, 90 feet 2 inches;
thence Westerly parallel to the Northerly line
43 Beet 2 inches; thence Northerly parallel to
the Easterly line 90 feet 2 inches; thence East-
erly 43 feet 2 inches to the point of beginning.
The Mayor and City U lerk are hereby authorized to
issue a warrant payable to "ouis L. Brunner as }herein specifid

CONVEYING CERTAIN PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 4ISSOURT
AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFEARSOV.,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: I
SECTION 1. That the Warranty Deed from Mrs. James Walbh
to the City of Jefferson, Missouri, conveying to said City the
following described real estate, to-,Rit:
The southeasterly part of lot 23 of Racker's Subdivision
of Part of Outlot No. 60 in the City of Jefferson.% Missouri.,
and more particularly described as: Beginning at the south-
easterly corner of said lot; thence westerly along the south-
erly line of said lot and the northerly line of Atchison
Street, 77 feet 4-W1 inches; thence in a northeasterly direction
