scribe� as; Beginning at the southwest corner of 16t
63 of ista Place, said point of beginning being on the
north right-of-way line of the Missouri acific Rail-
road Bqgnell Branch, 50 feet west of the--east line and
186 feet north of the south line of said fourth quarter
section; thence in a northwesterly direction along and with
the Missouri racific Railroad right-of-way line,
948 feet; thence North 15 degrees and 30 minutes East
(Magnetic ) 150 feet; thence easterly parallel tp the
north right-of-way line of the Missouri racific Railroad,
1045 feet, more or less, to the east line of lot 63 of
Vista Place; thence south along the east line of said
lot to the southeast corner thereof; thence northwesterly
172 feet 6 inches to the point of beginning.
All located in Jefferson City, pole Uounty, Missouri .
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
eith this ordinance are.. hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDIivAiiCE APPROPRIATING 1101;EY OUT OF THE INDUSTRIAL ROAD FUND
CF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES AS HEREIN::
AFTER SET OUT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF "'i-FFERSOiv, MISSOURI,
AS F OLLOWS:
_ Section 1, here is hereby a :propriated out of the Industrial
Road and of the Cik of. Jefferson, Missouri not otherwise appropri-
ated the amount of ifteen Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00), said sum
to be paid to Tom C. Strong, azd '"uby D. Strong, his wife, and xoy
E. Tharp, and Vivian A. Tharp, his wife, as conpideration for the
purchase of certain righ-of-way over Lot No. 7 ista Place, Jefferson
City, Missouri, for public road purposes and also for the right and pri-
vilege for sadi sity to use an1t and all roc]; and dirt that said i.ty
desires to sue on said described property under certain conditions more
f-g1ly set out in Ordinance No. 4955, of the City of Jefferson,
Misssouri.
The Mayor and City Jerk are hereby authorized to issue a
warrant, ,payable to Tom C. Strong, and "uby D. Strong, his wife, and
Roy E. sharp, and vivi an A. harp, as herein specified.
Section 2. .his ordinance shall take effect acid be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
