Section 1. hat Section 1038) hapter XXIII, Revised Ordi-
nances of City of Jefferson, Missouri, 1941 be ad the same is hereQ
by repealed in part and amended to be as follows:
Section 2. Certificates to be issued. -- One-half lots and
single grave space must be paid for in advm ce (except in case where
burialis to be in("pay.pers Row.!! ) , and shall be countersigned by the
City Clerk, under the seal of the City, specifying that the purchaser to
whom the same is issued is the owner of the lot or lots described by
numbers, as laid down on such pap or plat, for the purpose of inber-

further acknowledgement; and such description of lots shall be deemed
and recognized as sufficient description thereof. No religious test
shall be made to the ownership of the lots, or burials therein., or
for the ornamentation of graves and lots, except as provided in
Section 1036.

AN ORDINANCE TO TEPEAL PARTS OF AND TC AMEND SECTION 1038,
CHAPTER XXIII, REVISED OTDINANCES OF CITY OF JEPPERSON, MISSOURI,
1941, RELATING TO THE NEN CITY CEMETERY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 01P JEFFERSO'-'j
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. that Section 10383, Chapter XXIII, Revised ordi-
nances of City of Jefferson., Wssouri, 1941, be and the same is
hereby repealed in part m d amended to be as follows:
Section 2. Price and size of lots. -- The price of lots
shall be as follows:
One-half lots, 10 feet by 20 feet, $20.00;
Single graves for adults, 10.00;
Single graves for children, grave riot
to exceed 3 feet 6 inches in length, 2. 50;
Certain lots are to be designated from time to time fort he
use of burial of children only, making four rows to each lot.
