AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE NEW CITY CEMETERY .AND THE DUTIES OF THE
LICENSE INSPECTOR.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON., MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It . shall be the duty of the License Inspector of
the City of Jefferson, Missouri., to be general custodian of the
New City Cemetery, shall sign and issue certificates conveying lots

ordinances relating to said cemetery.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with tThis ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE SPEED LIMIT OF MOTOR VEHICLES ON
.CERTAIN STRHET° IN JEFFERSOV CITY, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSCV ., MISSOURI.,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or
corporation to drive ai automobile,,ttruck, wagon or other ve hicle
in excess of twenty (20 miles per hour on the following streets of
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, to-wit:
On Bolivar Street from McCarty Street to St. Mary's Boulevard.
Section 2. "'ll ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with t�-is ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
