XX111 v REVISED ORDINAECES OF THE CITY OF 1941,
REBATING TO THR NEW CITY CDMETERY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSO,', MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTI(N 1. That Section 1038, hapter XX111, Revised
Ordinances of City of Jefferson, Missouf-i., 1941 be and the same
is hereby repealed in part arid amended to be as follows:
Section 2. Price and size of lots. -- '`he price of lots
shall be as follows:
Single graves for adults, $10.00
'L'ingle graves for children,,. Crave not to exceed 3 feet
6 inches in length, qp 2. 50
Certafin lots are to be designated from time to time
for the use of burial of children only, making four
rows to each lot.
Section 3. L his Ordinance shall take effect arid be in force
from and after its -,)'aLssage and approval.
