or tracts of land fronting an abutting on the roadway of buchanan
Atreet, from the north line of 'Hough Street, north to the north line
of lot 8 'lock 11 Renn Addition all )f said improvement is within
the limits of sprinkling., oiling, repairing., suefacing and resurfacing

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEPF'ERSON, TIISSOURI.,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIC'.' 1. there is hereby levied and assessed at the rate a-Ed
cost price oer front foot as specified in Section 2 of this Ordinance
against the aggreE_-ate lots or tracts of land fronting or abutting on the
roadway of tuchanan Street, from the north line of Hough Street,
north to the north line of lot e. Block 11 Renn Addition., all of said
im--)rovement is within the limits of sprinkling, oiling, re-pairing,
surfacing and resurgacbng listrict 'number Nour (4 ) �:.,f the ity of
Jefferson, M-Lssouri, for the improvement of saidroadway of Said Street
aforesaid., by repairing, surfacing and resurfacing the sum of Tr9CO
as the cost that is levied by statfate for the improvement of said street
arid the number of front feet fronting xxk or abutting said roadway of
said street aforesaid, amounts to 1500 feet arid the cost prose per
running foot is 't-0.60.
