soecial tax bills in favor of the ity of Jefferson, Missouri, for
the within mentioned work in accordance with the Ord:*.nances of the
City cf Jefferson, 14'ssouri, relative to said kind of work in accordance
with the Uharter of said City in regard to said work and according
to the Statutes of the State cf lVissouri, as made and provided.
SECTION 5. ' Thts Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and affect from and after its passage and approval.
