AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The boundaries of the First 'Ward shall be as follows:
The west line of said ward shall be the oresent West line of
said ward; the south line of said ward shall be the center
line of R'ller Street and it ' s extension' s thereof. running fan .
an easterly direction to the City Limits Line; The East line
of said ward shall be the City Limits line; the E'orth line
of said ward shall be the City limits Line.
Section 2. the boundaries of the third Ward shall be as follows:
The Borth line of said ward shall be the �'ity Limits line;
the West line of said ward shall be the c ity Limits line;
the South line of said ward shall be the center of Miller
Street running in a Westerly direction to where Willer Street
intersects the 3agnell 3ranch Railroad and in a Westerly
direction along the Bai-nel ;3ranch RULlroad to the `city Liirits
Line; the East line ,.)f said ward shall be Washington :-.'treet.
Section 3. ,She boundaries of the A"ourth Ward shall be as

The North line of said ward sl-all be the center of Pliller
Street running in a Westerly direction to where Viper
Street intersecttxx the Bagnell, 3ranch Railroad and in a
Westerly direction along the Bagnell Branch Railroad to
