MISSOURI, AS HEREIEAFTER DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COU11CIL OF THE CITY OF JEPIFE"SON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWSZ,
Sectin .l. That thvr warranty Deed from George S. Payne and
Leota M. Pa-rne, his wife, to the City of Jefferson, Missouri , con-
veying to said City the following described real estate, to-wit:
A part of the Southwest quarter of Section 20, yownship 44,
Range Eleven West, and described as: Beginning on the west
line of the Green Berry Road, said point of beginning being
196 feet north of the south line of said Section; thence`
north 45 ir�inutes west ('magnetic) along and with the west lia
of the Green Berry oad, 40.5 feet to the south line of the
tract of larid conveyed by deed recorded in Book 110, Page 299
of the Cole ounty Recorder 's Office; thence west at right
angles to thg Green Berry Road, 460 feet, more or less, to the
west line of Section 20; thence south along said line, 40.5
feet; thence east 460 feet, more or less, to the point of be-
ginning.
Be and the same is hereby accepted.
Section 2. All ordi-antes or p arts )f ordinances in conflict
.with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3 this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage andapproval.
