AN ORDINANCE AMENDING §8-47
® OF THE GREENCASTLE CITY CODE
BE IT ORDAINED AND ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana,
that §8-47, sub -j of the Greencastle City Code is hereby amended, in part, to read as follows:
j. Any vehicle that is stopped, stood, or parked in a leased parking space of a municipal
parking facility, which is not permitted to be parked in the space pursuant to a parking space lease
agreement and /or does not display the proper permit authorizing the vehicle to be parked in such space,
is subject to a parking violation assessment of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) in favor of
the City, and /or is subject to being towed.
All other sections of § 8-47 shall remain in full force and effect, unchanged.
