-meats of Chapter 85 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1919, entitled
"Plata" have been complied with. 'Therefore the plat of H, J. Schmidt
and Nannie J. Schmidt, known as Schmidt's Subdivision of lots I-2 & 3
of a Subdivision of Outlot 28, and lots 7 & 8 of a Subdivision of a part
of the East 1/2 of the Southeast quarter of Section 12 Township 44 Range
12 West, lying within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, as shown on the Plat attached hereto and made a part of this
Ordinance is hereby accepted and approved by the Council and the City
Clerk after its passage and approval of this Ordinance id hereby
directed to endorse acceptance and approval of said plat and to certify
to the same under the Seal and approval of the City of Jefferson, Mo.
Section 2. - This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage and approval.

NO. 3164. AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE PLAT OF JENNIE E.
DOUGLAS, SUBDIVISICN OF A PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARIII OF SECTION 2
TOWNSHIP 44 RANGE 12, IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
THE PLAT OF JENNIE E. DOUGLAS AND CALLED "DOUGLAS PLACE", AN,
ADDITION TO TILE CITY OF JEFFERSON, EISSOURI, IS BE13EBY ATTACHED AND
MADE A PART OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLCWSs
SECTION I. Jennie E. Douglas, owner of the real estate herein after
described and situate in. the City of Jefferson, Missouri, having
submitted to the Council for its approval a plat of said real estate
described as:. Beginning at a point that is 1007.44 feet south of the
Township line and 887.04 feet east of the east line of Forest Hill
Place Addition; thence South parallel with the east line of Forest Hill
Place Addition, 570.6 feet; thence Westerly along the northerly line
of the Ten pile Drive, 155.4 feet; thence North parallel with the east
line of Forest Hill Place Addition, 531. 5 feet; thence east parallel
with 'the Township line, 150 feet; more or less, to the point of begin-
-ring, known as Douglas Place and addition to the City of Jefferson,
Mi
Missouri, being a part of the Southeast quarter of Section 2 Township
44 Range 12, and made a part of this Ordinance. All of said Subdivision
s being within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
And it appearing that said plat has been duly and properly
signed and accepted by the owner of said "Douglas Place", that all
taxes have been paid thereon and in other respects the requirement

Addition, 531.5 feet; thence, east parallel with the Township line, 150
feet, More or leas, to the point of beginning, all lying within the
corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, kissouri, as shown on the
Plat attached hereto and made a part of this Ordinance is hereby accept
-ed and approved by the Council and the City Clerk after its passage
and approval of this Ordinance is hereby directed to endorse acceptance
and approval of said plat and to certify to the same under the Seal and
approval of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
