AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR BOULEVARD STOPS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION. S. All vehicles shall be brought to a full stop on Benton Street at its intersection with High Street. SECTION. 2. All vehicles shall be brought to a full stop on Benton Street at its intersection with McCarty Street. SECTION. 3. All Vehicles shall be brought to a full stop on Locust Street at its intersection with High Street. SECTION. 4. Immediately after the passage and approval of this Ordinance it shall be the duty of the Street Commissioner to set up and install suitable signs at the proper places, to carry out the provisions of this Ordinance. SECTION. 5. Any person, firm, partnership or corporation violating any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by a fine of not less than three nor more than one hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not to exceed ninety days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Al ORDINANCE TO REPEAL SECTION 80 OF THE REVISED ORD114ANCES OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, I925, RELATING TO PLUMBING INSPECTOR, AND ENACT A NEW SECTION IN LIEU THEREOF RELATING TO THE SAME SUBJECT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE, COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION. 1. Section 80 of Article 3 of Chapter 9, of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Jefferson 1925, be and the same ' is hereby repealed, and the .following new section enacted in lieu thereof to be known as Section 80. SECTION. 130.• There is hereby created the office of Plumbing Inspector. Said Inspector shall be appointed by the Mayor, by and with the advice and consent of the majority of the members elected to the City Council. The salary of the Plumbing Inspector shall be 01,200.00 dollars per year. , payable in equal monthly installments. All fens for plumbing inspections as provided in this Chapter shall be collected by the Plumbing Inspector, said Inspector to issue receipts in duplicate, one to be' given to the plumber paying the fee, the other to be filed for .record with the City Clerk. All fees collected shall be paid to the City Olerk to the oredit of the general Revenue fund., SECTION. 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with :a
