hereinabove described.
SECTION. 2. Within two days after the passagre of tti,i.s Crdinance, 'tile
City Clerk shall place in the Ytands of the. City I.'ars'll l a certified
copy of this Crdinance, and said City I„a,rsha.l shall serve or cause to
be served a cony of this Ordinance on the owner or ocrriers above men-
tioned, by delivering a copy hereof to said owner or owners or by
leaving_ it with some inember of his family over. the a.Fe of 15 yeare,
rriaki.ng his return on another copy of said Ordinance, which copy shall
be filed in the Cffice of the City Clt .r•k.
SECTION. 3. In the event the Owner or Clrrners above narie,d fail to con-
