AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION. I . That a sidewalk of cement concrete material, four feet in
width, three feet bock from face of curb, on the north side of McCarty
Street, between East line of Harrison Street and West line of Harrison
Street, and abutting 80 feet on McCarty Street, owned 'lay City of
Jefferson, (Missouri, being the full width of Harrison Street, be
constructed and built within thirty days from the service of a, copy of
this Ordinance on the Owner of the property hereina.bove described.
SECTION. 2. Within two days after the passage of this Ordinance, the
City Clerk shall place in the hands of the City Marshal a certified
copy of this Ordinance, and said. City Marshal shall serve or cause to
be served a copy of this Ordinance on the Owner or Owners above men-
tioned, by delivering a copy hereof to said Owner or Owners or by leav-
ing it with some member of his f,-_vrily over the age of I5 years, making
his return on another copy of said Ordinance, which copy shall be filed
in the Office of the City Clerk.
SECTION. 3. In the event the Owner or Owners above named fail to con-
struct said sidewalk as above directed, then the City of Jefferson,
under the power and authority given it by its Charter and Ordinances
will construct said sidewalk and will issue a special tax bill against
said property- for the cost of the construction of said sidewalk, which
said special tax bill will be a lien against the property above described.
SECTION. 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage and approval.

BACK OF CURB, ON THE NORTH SIDE OF McCARTY STREET, BETWEEN WALNUT AND
y. : HARRISON STREETS, AND ABUTTING 88.75 feet ON McCARTY STREET OWNED BY
BETTIE REINKE, BEING THE SOUTHERLY 63.75 FILET OF INLOT 435. SIDEWALK
TO START AT THE WEST CURB LINE ON WALNUT STRIMT.

AS FOLLOWS:

width, three feet back from back of curb, on the north side of McCarty
Street, between Walnut and Harrison Streets, and abutting 88.75 feet on
McCarty Street owned by Ylettie Reinke, being the Southerly 63.75 feet
of Inlot 435. Sidewalk to start at the Westerly curb line of Walnut
Street, be constructed and built within thirty days from the service
of a copy of this Ordinance on the Owner of the property hereinabove
described.
SEC`1'I0N. 2. Within two days after the passage of this Ordinance, the
City Clark shall place in the hands of the City Marshal a certified
copy of this Ordinance, and said City Marshal shall serve or cause 'to
be gerved a copy of this Ordinance on the Owner or Owners above mention-
ed, by delivering a copy hereof to said owner or owners or by leaving
It with some member of his family over the age of 15 years, making his
return on another copy of said Ordinance, which copy shall be filed, in
