AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CO�JSTRUCTION OF A SIDEWALK OF CEMENT CONCRETE I-TA'TERIAL, FOUR FEET IN WIDTH, THREE Fl BACK FROM BACK OF CURB, ON THE NORTH SIDE OF McCARTY STREET, BETWEEN WALNUT AND HARRISON STREETS, AND ABUTTING 161 feet 9j INCHES ON 1r,,cCARTY STREET O'hi ED BY ILBTTIE REINKE AND ANNA M. ROSS, BEING THE WEST 36 FEET 6j- INCI-MS OF IN-LOT 434, ALL OI' INLOT 433 AND THE EAST 20 FEET 10' INCHES of INLOT 432. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL:, OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, FOLLOWS t SECTION. I. That a sidewalk of cement concrete material, four feet in width, three feet back from back of curb, on the north side of McCarty Street, between Walnut and Harrison Streets, and abutting 163 feet 9* inches on McCarty Street, Owned by Mettie Reinke and Anna 1I. Ross, being the West 36 feet 64- inches of Inlot 434, all of Inlot 433 and the East 20 feet IO * inches of Inlot 432. be constructed and built within thirty days from the service of a copy of this Ordinance on the owner of the property hereinabove described. SECTION. 2. Within two days after the passage of this Ordinance, the City Clerk shall place in the hands of the City Marshal a certified copy of this Ordinance, and said City Marshal shall serve or cause to be served. a copy of this Ordinance on the Owner or Owners above men- tioned, by delivering a copy hereof to said owner or owners or by leaving it with some member of his family over the age of I5 years, making his te'turn on another copy of said Ordinance, which copy shall be filed in the office of the City Clerk. SECTION, 3.
