SEC'1'ICN. I . That the grade line of i;he center line of the roadway of
Vetter Street,
from the center of lt:iller :street West of Vetter Street
to the center line of the concrete slab on fligh Street, in the City of
Jefferson, L.issouri, be and is hereby established as follows ; begin-
ning: at the center of h,,i.11er btreet 'Nest of Vetter. Street and the
center line of Vetter Street, where the elevation of the grade shall
be, 154-CO; thence on a uniform grade 717 feet, where the elevation of
the grade shall be, 176.00; thence 33 feet, where the elevation of the .
grade shall be, 175.23 ; thence on a uniform grade 253 feet to the
center line of the concrete slab on High Street, where the elevation
of the grade is , 174.40.
SECTION. 2. All Ordinances or --arts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are Hereby repealed.
SECTION. 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force: from
and after its passage and approval.

BE IT CRDAI'_ZD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF JEFFEIISON
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION. I. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, I.issouri ,
hereby declares and ordaines that it deems it necessary for sanitary
purposes and for the health and comfort of its inhabitants of the City
to establish a Sewer District to be Known as Sewer .District 'ilo. 45,
and said district to be re-established with location and boundaries as
follows; Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of Outlot no. 72; thence
easterly along the northerly line of high Street, 616. 5 feet; thence
turning an angle of 115 deC;rees and 30 rtinutes to the left, 212 feet,
more or less , to a point that is 200 feet fror:t, if rleasured at right
angles to the southerly line of said .Outlot; thence easterly parallel
with High Street, 395 feet, more or less , to a. point that is on the
extended easterly line of Vetter Street, thence southerly along said
extended line, 280 feet to tie southeasterly corner of high and Vetter
