BE IT ORDAIN10 BY TIM, CI'T'Y COUNCIL OF TKE CITY OF
JEF + ERSON, 1ISSOURI0 AS FOLLOViS;
SECTION. I. That the C.-ity Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, hereby declares and ordains that it deems it necessary
for sanitary purposes and for the health and comfort of the
inhabitants of the City, to establish a Sewer District to be known
as Sewer District No. 31, and said District Sewer is hereby
established with location and boundaries as follows: Beginning at
the Northeast corner of Lot 9 Block 1,3 Lower Jefferson Addition;
thence Westerly to the Northeasterly corner of Lot 9 Block I5 of
`Jolff 's Subdivision; thence Southerly to the Northeasterly corner
of Lot 12 Block I5 of said Violff' s Subdivision; thence Westerly to
the Northiesterly corner of said Lot 12; thence Southerly to the
Southwesterly corner of said Lot I2; thence aoutYierly to the
l orthwesterly corner of Lot 5 Block 2 of Wolff 's Subdivision; thence
Southerly to the Southwesterly corner of said Lot 5; thence Easterly
.r `. along the Northerly line of an alley and extended to where the same
... . intersects the Northerly line of the Right of `11ay of the Missouri
Pacific Railway; thence in an Northeasterly direction along said
Right of Way Line to the Southerly line of the alley in Block 12 of

alley to the B asterly line of Brooks Street; thence Westerly to the
point of beginning..

this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
