SECTION. I. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
hereby declares that it is necesso,ry for t}-1e health and comfort of the
inhabitants of the City, and for sanitary and other purposes that there
must be constructed, as soon as possible in Sewer District klo .31 , as
established by Ordinance, a sanitary sewer and it ordered that the same
be made and constructed without unnecessary delay; that said sewer be
connected with and into the server at station 27 plus 45 on the
Northwest Ilain Sewer.
SECTION. 2. That said dewier shall begin at a point that is 23 feet
west of the center line of Brooks Street and 170 feet Nlorth of' the
center line of i_i11er Street; thence :southerly parallel with Brooks
Street, 407 feet; thence in a Southerly direction 95 feet to station
27 plus 45 on the Northwest I'ain Sewer.
Also beginning; at a point on the center line of l. iller Street and
23 feet west of the center line of Brooks Street; thence Westerly
along; the center line of 1,"iller Street, 968 feet.
SECTION. 3. Said sewer shall be constructed of standard, glazed
sewer pipe, shall be constructed according to the plans and
specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer and
constructed in all respects as provided by Ordinance.
S +'CTIO_'1. 4. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION. 5. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.
