And after hearing those who desire to be heard on the matter
concerning; the paving; of said alley and after finding that said alley
in the block between iigrh, llcCarty, Washington and Brold,;ray street is
less than 1200 feet in length and is between and connecting two
paved streets, the City Council of Jefferson City, L•,.issouri , still
finds the imnrovement necessary to be done.
SECTION. 2. That the said road-,va.y of the alley in the block between
Iiii h, McCarty, Washington and Broadway Street be C,;ra,ded and paved
with cerient concrete material in accordance with the plans and
specifications submitted by the City Lnl;ineer and filed in the office
of the City Clerk, and that the total cost of the work aforesaid
:ti all be charged and. levied as a special assessrient ap,-a.inst the real
estate abutting and fronting on said contemplated i.mproverient and
special tax bills shall be issued therefor as provided in the City
Charter and in Section 807 .Article 2. of the Revised Ordinances of the
City of Jefferson, 1925, and the Revised Statutes of the 6tate of
Missouri, I9I9, and a,mendr7ents thereto .
SECTION. 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passafre and approval.
