And it further appearing from the said report that on proper apportionrlent of said costs such lots or pieces of r°round in said Server District 11o . 44 so situated, each square foot of ground contained in said lots or pieces of ground in said Se,,ier District No . 44 is chargeable with the saun of 0 0.007651 per square foot. New, therefore., for the purpose of paying; for the work of construction and completion of se•;iers in said Sewer District NO. 44 together with all necessary laterals, inlets, catch basins, manholes and other necessary appurtenances thereto a.ppertaininf-,:, there is hereby levied and assessed against the several and hereinafter described lots or }nieces of F,round within the bounds of said Se,,aer District No. 44, situated in the na?-ie of the respective name of the over or owners of said lots or nieces of ground, a special tax at t17, a e rate of NIP" 0.007651. per square foot for each .nd every square foot of ground so situated as aforesaid.
